The covenant with Abraham and the Lord?

What religion is it when the males are circised? And what if you're a guy and never get circised? Does that mean you didn't follow Gods law? Don't spaz people, I'm not trying to discredit the Bible or anything like that. I'm just curious about this. I wasn't raised religious so yeah its all new.
