New job for 3 months and just found out I'm pregnant.?

I have only been employed at my new job for 3 months and I just found out I'm pregnant. I'm afraid that I wont qualify for Maternity Leave under the Family & Medical Leave Act beause I have not been employed for a full 12 months or that I might actually loose my job. I'm the accounts payable in an office. Please I need advice on how to address this and when its the best time to tell them?
