When i wake up in the morning, I am not hungry. i go smoke a cigerette, and it makes me numb, and i puke. why?

When i wake up in the morning i am not hungry until abut noon, but i will smoke a cig right when i wake up. most mornings it makes my whole body feel numb and then i get sharp pains in my stomach and i either gag really bad or i puke. why is this
