Can someone help me with my phone?

Ok so I have the VX8600 and I have had it less than a month. Its done this a few times where at night it will shut itself off and when i try to turn it back on a blue screen appears and a message displays "Use Genuine Battery" and countdowns from 10 and shuts itself off again. It usually will eventually turn back on after a few times of turning it on and off. But this time it wont work. My phone is my lifeline and I am starting to freak out. Specially considering my fiance is out of town and I now can not get ahold of him :( someone please please help me!
