Did I eat 2much?

you shouldn't cut your calories less 1200 a day because it will slow down your metabolism. So basically not eating enough food would make your body go into starvation mode and your body would hold onto fat. Another good thing to is spread your meals out instead of having 3 big meals have 5-6 smaller ones threwout the day to help boost metabolism and help you feel full.
