I found some tests that were done at my dr last week?

I know what some are and others I don't one is wet prep, then gc by dna probe, then chlamydia by dna probe with i know the latter was to check for chlamydia. The dr said everything is normal. But are these all done with a pap smear or not. My gyno asked me if that was a pap smear also or not. I think these tests were for std's which I know I am clean.
