Kind of embaressed and not sure if i should be or not!?

soo, this is quite embaring but, my whole life ive had this horrible problem. this middle of it is like REALLY long and gross looking and stands out really bad!!! and its just really ugly and im completely afraid to have or anything due to it. im afraid theyll think its gross and back off or something i dont know. is there something wrong with it?
