you could do a healthy salad with spaghetti and meet. just roll up some hamburger meat in the ball size you want. then add some bread crumbs to the . then but the sauce in a sauce pan on high heat and add meat. when sauce is hot turn burner off. while that is going on, cook pasta. then join all together. for the salad just do lettuce with veggies in it like tomatoes, cubers, carrots, ect. and then put a light vinegarette dressing on top. you dont have to do meat if you dont want to touch raw meat.
