What is A Good Plug and Play T.V. Arcade System?

I have seen these systems for the last few years. They are just a joy stick with a few built in games and it plugs right into a TV. I want one with games like Asteroid, Donkey Kong, Pac Man, Frogger, etc. What is a good version of one of those? I hear some are pretty poorly done and i would like a good one.
