What should i do?HELP!?

ok so i livedhere for 5 years now and me and this girl have been friends for that long, (we live on the same street) she just made the soccer team and so she has been busy with that but anyway,all summer we hung and stuff then hs started and she acted way diff. she lied to me and when i asked her to hang she would no im busy. then she acted normal again so i asked her out. and she said "really?" no joke right" and then she said sorry were just friends. and we acted like we did before nbd but then soccer ended and she had time to hang with friends again, guess who she hang with? thats right not me other peope even tho i asked her to hang lke 15 times, so now she texting me like hey:) and stuff ughhhhh she is so confusing what should i do? its hard to ignore her cause we live by each other, thanks for the help, i will chose best answer 10 pts
