Xbox 360 Problem. No Picture.?

I have sound but no picture with my xbox 360. I have checked the AV leads and even replaced them with new ones. Yet I still have the problem. I have cleaned the av lead and socket thouroughly and even hoovered it. When I unplug the AV cable I get 4 Red Lights but when I plug the lead back in the lights go.
