Whats the best way to break my new softball glove in fast?

I just got a Nike Venom mitt yesterday, and the tag said it came already broken in. I think they mean the leather is soft but the glove is stiffer than any I've ever used. I need the best sure fire way to do this, preferably a method you have used? I bought the "Break In Oil" and used that twice and its not doing anything except lightening the color of the leather. I need to use this glove as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.
